Not only do they sharpen the tweezers for the life of the product but they also replace any damaged items for a fraction of the cost. This particular tweezer is easy to hold because of the grip- ideal for eyebrow maintenance. It has no problem grabbing onto those irritating little wispy hairs that are difficult to grab, or the very short hairs that are barely ready for plucking. This tool allows for very precise maintenance. I have difficult eyebrows and these are the best tweezers i have ever used. Tweezerman has sharpened and replaced many tweezers for me over the years; they are VERY pleasant and professional. i will never buy another tweezer or beauty maintenance from any other company again.
